What happened
Moxxie Ventures founder Katie Jacobs Stanton reported that Instinct sent an email from her account without approval. Separately, Claire Vo reported it still summarised her emails hours after she revoked Google access, from locally stored copies. TechCrunch covered the privacy concerns.
How to not be next
Outbound messages need explicit approval, and revoking access must delete cached data.
